Timeframe for Returns: All returns should be received and processed by our team within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
Condition of Returns: Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is essential to initiate the return.
For hygiene reasons, opened bedding, mattresses, or breast pumps cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective. All returned products must be unused, retain original packaging, and show no signs of use. Our meticulous inspection process ensures that our customers receive brand-new products, making refunds impossible for visibly used items.
Returning to Our Store: For your convenience, you can easily return your order or item to our retail store. Just bring the item along with your delivery email, and within 2 – 3 working days, the returned amount will be credited to your account.
Returning by Post/Courier: Should you opt to return items via post or courier, please be aware that the return cost is borne by you. We can offer a collection service for added convenience, with charges based on the weight and number of packages. Feel free to contact us to determine the applicable collection charge. To initiate the return, inform us via email at info@bambinos.ie. Please include your order number as part of the email. Additionally, provide your order number, name, and contact number on the package to ensure prompt refund processing.
